Specializing in holistic functional fitness, Dana draws from a wide range of disciplines, including yoga, Pilates, and Zumba, to create tailored workout experiences that challenge both the body and the mind. Her journey is deeply personal—after overcoming a significant hormonal imbalance, she became passionate about women’s health, particularly menopause. This inspired her to study and earn a certification in menopause health, empowering her to support women through every stage of life.
