Together, we’ll focus on movement that makes sense for your body, while also diving into nutrition and lifestyle changes that will support you in achieving long-term health.

Every program I create is tailored specifically to your needs and budget. From strength training to group classes, I’ll help you find the right fit for your goals.

Lifestyle Guidance:

You’ll learn how to break a fast properly, manage glucose spikes, optimize hydration, and use personalized macronutrient calculations. We’ll also cover supplementation, balanced nutrition, the importance of muscle building, and how physical activity supports brain health.

A Community of Support:

Beyond workouts, I offer activities that connect you with others in our fitness family. In the summer, we do things like group hikes and outdoor fitness classes in Montreal’s beautiful parks. In winter, we stay active with walks through snowy trails and other fun activities to keep the motivation going year-round.
